Since its founding in 2006, the HEALing Clinic (Healthcare, Education, Active Living) has strived to help provide access to health care to the vulnerable populations of Washington, D.C., regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We provide the highest quality of care possible to all patients served with compassion while promoting patient education and active lifestyles. A team of dedicated medical students, physician assistant students, public health students, and volunteer attending physicians staff the lab and exam rooms and provide health education for patients every Tuesday night.
