All sales are final and subject to the terms stipulated by the donors. Descriptions of items have been made with every reasonable effort to be accurate, but all items are sold "as is" and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity, condition, or quality or fitness for any purpose.
Frisch Exclusives and Faculty Items may be bid on only by members of the Frisch community.
Shipping is available for an extra cost only to non-local bidders. Auction items will be available for pick up either at the Frisch School in Paramus, NJ. Pick up will be available on December 2nd and 3rd in the main lobby of the Frisch School Building. More specific information will follow the auction closing . Students may take awarded gifts home for their families. Awardees, or those picking up awarded items will be required to sign off that they are taking possession of the awarded item. Unless otherwise specified, transportation is not included in the trip packages, and gratuity, taxes and liquor are not included in restaurant packages. All items must be redeemed within 1 year, by November 22, 2016 and, unless otherwise specified, dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of donor and buyer.
By participation in this auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees that neither the Frisch Parents Association nor the Frisch School nor anyone who assists in the conduct of this auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of auctioned items or services or for any change in operation or other act resulting in the item becoming invalid.
Auction payments may qualify as charitable contributions to the extent the payment exceeds the value of the item and as permitted by law.
