eBuy for Education 2024 is coming soon!
eBuy for Education 2024 will take place October 24-28, 2024.
One hundred percent of funds raised will be used to provide educational resources to schools in Tampa Bay, Florida.
For half a century, the Tampa Bay Times Newspaper in Education program (NIE) has served teachers, students and families by providing schools with class sets of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Tampa Bay Times plus award-winning curriculum supplements, lesson plans, teacher guides, teacher workshops and many more resources, all at no cost to schools, teachers or families.
In 2023-2024, NIE provided almost 10 million digital licenses and 200,000 print copies of the Times to local schools.
NIE is a member of Florida Press Educational Services (FPES), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of newspaper professionals that promotes literacy and critical thinking, particularly for young people. FPES was founded in 1980 as Florida Newspaper in Education Coordinators.

Please consider supporting our efforts by making an in-kind donation to eBuy for Education 2024.
All eBuy for Education 2024 donors will be recognized as follows:
- Your name, logo and link to your website will be featured with your donation on the auction website at biddingforgood.com/tampabay.
- Your name or logo will be included in our annual thank-you ad in the Tampa Bay Times.
- Supporters contributing gifts valued at $100 or more also will be featured in an special auction thank-you ad in the Tampa Bay Times.
- Supporters contributing gifts valued at $250 or more also will be featured at tampabay.com/nie as Friends of Education, with a donor listing that will run through the end of 2025.
