Melrose Humane Society is running their Annual Cause for Paws Winter Fundraiser.

Starting on November 15, 2024, Melrose Humane Society will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help. This year has been an extremely difficult year for our cats.  We've seen an alarming increase in the number of cats left behind when their owners moved and left them behind to fend for themselves. More and more cats are being surrendered because their owners are unable to afford routine veterinary care or a sudden illness. One of our current cats is Ray who found hiding on a porch with an horrific case of untreated glaucoma and will need extensive care.
