Friends of Ruwenzori Foundation supports an NGO in rural Western Uganda called KIDA. KIDA operates a hospital and works to prevent HIV, provide health care, reduce child and maternal mortality, care for orphans and empower the vulnerable to get out of poverty and improve their lives.
