Item Description

The Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate variety pack includes five 2 oz. chocolate bars

Black Fig: Beautifully rich and chewy, dried California black mission figs, paired with 72% Madagascar dark chocolate.

Belize Toledo: Origin: Co-op Maya Mountain Cacao. 72% dark chocolate. Tasting Notes (Aroma/Flavor/Finish): Dried Plum/Tart Cherry/Jasmine

Brown Butter with Nibs and Sea Salt: A deliciously rich bar that simply sings!  Cacao from Akesson Plantation of Madagascar, Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and organic cane sugar from Brazil are used to craft this 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate. The chocolate is combined with organic butter from local Rumiano Family Creamery, that has been gently browned, to create an ultra creamy foundation for crunchy roasted cacao nibs and delicate sea salt.

Fleur de Sel: 73% Northern Blend dark chocolate: a blend of Brazilian and Madagascar cocao sweetened with Brazilian cane sugar. We add a sprinkling of hand-harvested Fleur de Sel sea salt from Bitterman Salt Co. for a subtle and delicate finish.

Tanzania Kilombero: 65% dark chocolate. Tasting Notes: Cherry/Coffee/Lemon. Using only the finest ethically sourced cocao, our award winning chocolate is expertly crafted using traditional European techniques from bean to bar in our waterfront factory in Old Town Eureka.

Made in Humboldt County, California.
